Did you know just 2-3 minutes a day of cold plunge therapy can stimulate leukocytes, the white blood cells our body uses to fight sickness? Cold plunging is also a great way to recharge and reenergize your muscles. If you're brave enough to embrace the cold!

Compression is another great tool to help reduce pain and inflammation. It can help nourish your overworked muscles as well as aid in blood circulation in the lower legs, ankles and feet.

We offer both cold plunge and compression therapy in 30-minute sessions. Reservations are required. Our recovery room is accessible to the public and you do not need to be a member of Barnyard to access.
