OUR CLASSES

CIRCUIT

The Barnyard.png

(60 minutes) All levels. Combination of weightlifting, strongman implements, gymnastics, functional movements with load, agility training and endurance exercises. You can expect strength and skill segments followed by interval training. 

Old Skool

OLD SKOOL

(60 minutes) Bringing it back Old-Skool with 60 minutes of Iso-lateral training designed to exercise your large muscle groups. This class is intended to increase strength, improve bodyweight resistance, and tone muscles. We’re making Arnold proud!

Lunch Krunch

LUNCH KRUNCH

(45 minutes) Designed for the time-conscious athletes. Take your lunch break to another level with a get-in-get-out, total body training that will get your heart pumping and leave you dripping in sweat. 

Sweat Squad

SWEAT SQUAD

(60 minutes) All levels; included in all memberships on Saturday only. You can expect relays, head-to-head physical challenges, and partner-style workouts. This class is capped, grab your buddy and reserve your spot!

BT

B***H T*** (BT)

(60 minutes) Reservations required. Athletes advised. A mental and physical program designed to test your fitness and intensity thresholds. Start and end your week getting uncomfortable with exercise designed to maximize your discipline.

Individual and Swolemate Training

We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions with individualized programming designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals faster.
