Starting Strength

Youth Day Camp

Looking for some Mommy or Daddy time back?  Starting Strength is not your average kids camp - instead, you can drop your child off after breakfast and expect em' home for dinner! 


At The Barnyard, we believe you need to give your child the opportunity to shine in order to help realize their full potential. That's why we're introducing Starting Strength, a youth fitness day camp!

Your child will learn the foundations of strength through fun games and fitness obstacles designed to challenge, boost confidence, and burn some energy! All while creating new friendships, building confidence with exercise and just flat out having a good time!

Starts June 19th, 2023

Monday through Thursday

Drop off between 9:00 - 9:30 AM

Pick up between 1:00 - 1:30 PM

Now accepting children between 7 - 15 years old. From 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM, we will have a series of fun fitness games designed to stimulate and challenge our little athletes! We will break for an hour lunch and then end the day with cool down activities and stretching!

Monthly Options

For approximately $30 a day, you can help strengthen your child's overall fitness, boost confidence, and just simply have some time for yourself! Parents deserve a break from time to time, let us help! 

$500 per month

One month of camp including lunch everyday 

$450 per month

One month of camp without lunch provided
